Different font sizes are therefore applied to balance the appearance. Whether a change is needed depends on the fonts: 1. Balanced families (e.g., Noto): able to unify sizes per locale standards (cf. Bug 155947 and Bug 115970). 2. Imbalanced combinations (e.g., Liberation/Times New Roman + MS Mincho): keep Western slightly larger than CJK for visual balance.
