Paste special dialogue box: missing accelerators for "Formats only" and
"Formats" and "Add".
Part of the problem is the unnecessary combination of "values and formats",
which makes no sense. I cannot figure out why I would ever want to paste a
value with a format, least of all in a single operation. For its rarity, a
two-step operation suffices.
With "values and formats" scrapped, the accelerator keys can become:
"v" for "values only"
"f" for "formats only"
"a" for "add"
"o" for formats.
It would also help to have accelerator keys underlined by default, instead of
waiting for the user to hold down ALT.
