ODT and DOCX documents and 2 PDFs created from them with comments

This bug has existed in LibreOffice for years. I hope some one could find some
way this bug to be removed soon.
The problem is that by save numbering paragraphs and sub -paragraphs when the
numbering uses letters of the Cyrillic alphabet (in Bulgarian) the formatting
of this will be lost. Probably the same problem can be available also for a
Russian language?
It used for Bulgarian documents the individual paragraphs and subparagraphs to
be numbered with letters of Cyrillic. If such a document is recorded as ODT,
closed and then opened again in LibreOffice, the formatting of this numbering
is not lost. However, if the same document is recorded as DOCX, after it will
be reopened the Cyrillic formatting of this numbering is lost. However, if the
numbering of paragraphs and sub -paragraphs is done in the same way but in
Latin, it stay as was formatted during the creating of the document.
