A FODP with missing 'page-number' in 'draw:page-thumbnail'
Open the attachment. It has a single slide, with notes view specifying the
'draw:page-thumbnail' element without 'draw:page-number' attribute. When
opening the notes view, it doesn't show the thumbnail.
Not quite sure if this is actually a bug. But this is a simplified version of a
real-life document, so possibly having a default equal to the current slide is
useful, especially given the wording of the standard [1]:
> For thumbnails on notes pages, the value of this attribute is fixed to the
> drawing page of a notes page.
