The attachment shows the number control of an area transparency. But the
problem exists with all number controls.
When the control reaches the lowest value, the up-arrow is drawn as inactive.
When the control reaches the highest value, the down-arrow is drawn as
inactive.
It should be the other way round.
The arrow buttons work as expected, that is, when at highest value only the
down-arrow acts and at lowest value only the up-arrow acts. But their
appearance is wrong.
