Mike Kaganski <[email protected]> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Resolution|--- |NOTABUG Status|UNCONFIRMED |RESOLVED --- Comment #1 from Mike Kaganski <[email protected]> --- Removal of "nonexistent" documents is e.g. tdf#147022, and is NOTABUG. It is completely bad to try to do that, for at least two reasons. First, trying to access documents may take time, e.g. in slow networks; such attempts (done for a different reason) caused e.g. tdf#131850. Second, and more important, is that files may be unavailable only temporary: e.g., be on a removable media. To allow users to clean it themselves, when they decide it desirable, new controls were added to the start center, including "Clear unavailable files" (tdf#101302). Also there is a separate issue of storing the *thumbnails* (not links!) of the recent files in the registrymodifications file. That is tdf#99716. -> NOTABUG. Or DUPLICATE. Or WONTFIX. Anything fits. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
