In the dialog pop-up that opens select "Light Application Colors" and its Install button. The appearance theme will now be in the list box. Select it and OK out allowing LibreOffice to restart. On restart you should have color theme matching 24.8 builds. See if that helps and if so please resolve this NOT A BUG. Note: the Appearance framework got refactored, the themes done for 25.2 are incompatible with the 25.8 builds.
