Description:
LibreOffice Writer crashes or hangs when opening a DOCX document under the
following conditions:
- On the first page, a table spans across two pages
- A second table contains two nested tables
- The last table on page 8 has the "Text Wrapping: Around" option enabled in MS
Word
Tested on:
- 25.8.0.2 (AARCH64, macOS)
- 25.2.4.1 (AARCH64, macOS)
- 25.2.3.2 (x86_64, Linux)
- 24.2.0.3 (x86_64, Windows)
Workaround:
- Remove the "Text Wrapping: Around" option.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the sample
Actual Results:
LibreOffice hangs (25.2) or crashes (25.8).
Expected Results:
It should not hang or crash.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
Additional Info:
The file should open without hanging or crashing.
