Example file from Word 2016
Attached RTF document has several tables and horizontal lines anchored into the
left, center and right cells of each tables.
When opened in Writer, all horizontal lines are anchored into the leftmost cell
of the tables.
1. Open attached file
-> the horizontal lines are anchored into the leftmost table cell in case of
the second and third tables.
