Description:
Hide columns R through forever, save, close, open, columns IX through forever
are not hidden.  Now, hide IX (R-IX now hidden), save, close, open, IX again
not hidden. Similar happens with rows.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.select all cells
2.ctrl-left column Q
3.scroll to col A
4.change selection control to "Extending selection"
5.left click columns A
6.scroll right to column R
7.right click, hide columns
8.save
9.open
10.observe that columns IX rightward are not hidden

Actual Results:
columns set to be hihden no longer hidden

Expected Results:
columns R rightward should be hidden
