Navigate to Tools -> Options -> Appearance panel. Use the 'Add more themes' button, and select the "Light Application Colors" extension (marked >= 25.2). The drop list box of themes will now have both 'Automatic' and 'Light Application Colors' select the light application colors theme. Do not change the Options: System, Light, Dark radio buttons.
