Very happy to: Thai justification is documented here: https://help.libreoffice.org/latest/en-US/text/shared/guide/ctl.html In order for this feature to work, the paragraph has to be justified and the text language must be set to Thai. There are a few different ways of doing this, but the easiest is to select the text and click on the status bar language item.
