            Bug ID: 167398
Summary: Data -> Advanced Filter -> No Duplicates does not
properly filter unique numbers with "Copy" parameter
                    included
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 7.3.7.2 release
          Hardware: All
                OS: Linux (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: minor
          Priority: medium
         Component: Calc
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

Description:
I was trying to use two procedures to summarize data into list. First was to
sort the data (everything worked with that command). The last was to implement
a UNIQUE function or filter to remove duplicate values from the list.

I initially tried the the formula, however, I learned the formula was only
available in Libresoft Calc version 24.8. From Linux Mint, I only have
Libresoft Calc version 7.3.7.2.

I did use the function found in Data -> Advanced Filter. When I defined my
parameters, i defined both the "No Duplicates" checkbox, and also the "Copy To"
and defined a new array to copy the data.

However, the resulting data obviously was just copied with no changes to the
duplicate in the new list. Just a copy of the original data.

Luckily, the work around is to just copy the data, then apply the filter to the
copied data.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Have a vertical column of several numbers, with a few in the list are
duplicate values
2.Go to Data -> Advanced Filter -> Options
3.In the "Read Filter Criteria From", select the column you created
4.Select the checkbox "No Duplicates"
5.Select the checkbox "Copy Results To"
5.Define the new column or box where the list is created
6.Press OK

Actual Results:
Most numbers I find are still kept, but found maybe 1 or 2 times where a few
numbers were removed, but not enough to completely filter the list.

Expected Results:
Expect to see nothing but unique numbers copied into the newly select column
that was selected for "Copy To"

Reproducible: Always
