Description:
When I try to change Appearance settings from System to Light/Dark or apply a
LibreOffice Theme, I am prompted to restart LibreOffice, however afterwards
those settings do not change the actual appearance. The System-/Dektop-wide
Theme is respected.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Change Appearance settings from System to the non-default or apply a
LibreOffice Theme
2. Restart LibreOffice
3. Observe no effect of the setting
Actual Results:
System theme stays in effect
Expected Results:
Switching to Light/Dark Theme or applying a LibreOffice Theme
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: Yes
