Alternatively, you could exit LibreOffice and then use Windows search for "Dark" it should find the 'Turn on dark mode systemwide' pointing to Personalization -> Colors Use the 'Choose your mode' listbox and pick Light. The entire system will shift to light mode. Then relaunch LibreOffice and see if your Calc sheet is fully visible. Let us know.
