Description:
EN:We make a header for the document, and we insert a filter into it and
protect the header cells.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. New document
2. Enter any arbitrary values.
3. Install the filter
4. Service – Protect the sheet – enter the password
5. Check the operation of the filter by clicking the mouse.
Actual Results:
EN: Clicking on the filter with the mouse does not open the filter.
RU: Нажатие на фильтр мышкой – не открывает фильтр
Expected Results:
EN: Clicking on the filter opens the filter. This action worked in earlier
versions.
