1. Change your OS theme to a dark one (I went to system settings -
accessibility - contrast themes)
2. In LibreOffice, go to Tools - Options - LibreOffice - Appearance and uncheck
"Use white document background"
3. Open BASIC IDE from Tools - Macros

On Linux, the IDE background is dark, but on Windows it remains white.

Already in oldest of Win 25.2 bibisect repo.
