--- Comment #5 from [email protected] --- I describe the use case: We have a document, which has multiple chapters. Each chapter can span multiple pages. On every page at the very top the name of the current chapter has to appear. Each chapter may contain multiple sections and subsections. The chapternames as well as the headlines of the (sub-)sections have to appear in the ToC. E.g. Chapter 1 1.1 Section 1 1.2 Section 2 Chapter 2 2.1 Section 3 2.2 Section 4 2.2.1 Section 4.1 ... Because the name of the chapter has to appear on every page I would use the "header" with "headline", and use this as a base for an auto-generated ToC. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
