It's a documentation file from https://developer.nvidia.com/embedded/downloads
File causes high CPU usage, when loading the file and also afterwards, content
displays but CPU usage is still high scrolling and viewing file is almost
impossible. There are small time windows when scrolling is possible but the
process is mostly unresponsive.
