Description:
Help button for dialog "Select Your Preferred User Interface" is gone.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open new Writer.
2. Open "Select Your Preferred User Interface" Dialog.
Menu - View > User Interface...
Actual Results:
3. There is no help button.
Expected Results:
3. There is a help button.
In my environment, the following page used to open.

It seems that the specification of the dialog changed and I forgot to place the
help button.
