Description:
A UI bug.
I had opened a file to edit and saved the result after some edits in a file
with a new name.
In order to paste the file name in another application window (Signal, to share
the file) the filename actually shown as pasted was the name of the file
originally opened.
The window title did show the correct file with the new name.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.drag the file icon to another application window that can accept a file name

Actual Results:
the file name pasted in the other app window was the name of the originally
opened file.
Expected Results:
The name shown in the window title, which is the name under which the dovumt
had been saved
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
Additional Info:
Copy the correct file name in the paste buffer for this drag event.
Apparently, the file name associated with the file icon in th window title is
not updated as the file in the window is renamed while the window title itself
is correctly updated,
