Select Insert | Frame | Frame... menu item. Change the Width (at least) and Height (at least) to 0,04 cm. Make sure that the AutoSize options are enabled. Enable the Position and Size option in the Protect section. Enable Mirror on even pages. Set the Horizontal position to Outside and to Inner page border and Vertical position to Bottom and to Line of text. Click OK. The frame is inserted in the margin. 3.
