PRECONDITION:
open any document file with no Frame Styles defined
open Sidebar Deck - Styles
select Paragraph Styles: "Default Paragraph Style" (OK)
select Characte Styles: "No Character Style" (OK)
PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
with no text marked in document, select Frame Styles: jumps back to Paragraph
Styles (NOK)
mark text: can change to Frame Styles (OK, empty)
unmark text: jumps back to Paragraph Styles (NOK)
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:
with no text marked, select Frame Styles: show empty list
