This bug persists in version 7.4.7.2.

It is a huge problem for me. I have to work with people who use various
software, and this "feature" leads Google Docs -- at a minimum, and critically
-- to show BOTH parts as standard unedited text. I call them zombies, and have
to kill all the double-underlined changes after I finish editing.

Additionally, the behavior is inconsistent, and I can't tell why some get
marked as moves and others not, though length is a factor.

Microsoft Office and 365 handle them like standard deletions and insertions. So
the effects of this in other software range from useless to harmful. Kindly
remove it entirely. I appreciate the effort but abhor the result.
