Description:
Not a huge problem, but when hovering over the ribbon (file, edit, view, etc),
they won't appear, you have to click one of them once manually, and then the
hovering works
Steps to Reproduce:
1. download LibreOffice Writer on windows 11 24h2
2. Install the LibreOffice Writer
3. The hovering doesn't work
Actual Results:
The hovering of the ribbon didn't work as intended
Expected Results:
It should open each menu when hovering and not require a manual click on it
once
