Description:
While typing in the textbox, the text cursor sometimes stays in the same
position, instead of moving with the newly-typed letters.
Confusing and disruptive because you don't know where your text is going to
appear.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Restart in Safe Mode
2. New presentation
3. Inspiration template
4. Select "Title and 2 Content" layout
5. Click on the right-hand textbox
6. Just keep typing "aaaaaaa" at different points of the text cursor flash
animation
Actual Results:
Observe that on certain frames, the cursor will not move with the new text
Expected Results:
The cursor always moves with the new text
Reproducible: Sometimes
User Profile Reset: No
Additional Info:
Happens in and out of Safe Mode
Happened in v24 (not sure which subversion), updated to the latest v25, still
seeing the issue.
