New pictures I dragged in from Windows Explorer do wind up in front of the arrows, but there was something I didn't know back then, as I was new to using LibreCalc and spreadsheets in general. I learned that you can use "Back One, Forward One, Send to the back, and Bring to Front to fix the arrows and put them in front of the pictures that were dragged in. So this problem is more an inconvenience. Previously, I was copy and pasting the arrows to fix it. I did notice that it is not possible to copy from Windows Explorer and paste it into Libre Calc, is that how it always has been? My notes seem to indicate it was back then.
