Description:
I updated to 25.2 and attempted to install the local or embedded help.
Libre office would not open.
I un-installed the help Libre would not start
I had to then install 25.2 and reinstall to get it to open
windows 10
Steps to Reproduce:
1.install 25.2
2.intsall help
3.start 25.2
Actual Results:
25.2 will not open
Expected Results:
25.2 opens
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
