Description:
When I wrote in a table in Writer a number like 0,001 (italian language), it
shows me 0 without decimals.
I'd like to see by default every decimals I digit in a table, thanks.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. write in the cell's table 0,001
2. see 0
3. frustration
Expected Results:
0,001
Reproducible: Always
