The (Quick) Find Toolbar currently has a toggle for "Match Diacritics"; yet -
the Quick Find Sidebar does not have that toggle in its gearwheel/settings
dialog-button.
More generally - any option available, at least by default, on the Find Toolbar
must be available on the sidebar (QFS).
