Writer is working as intended: the number field is rendered using the italic
variant of the specified Complex font. David CLM just has an especially
strange-looking italic numeral 1, so it looks like a bug. Comment 3 probably
nailed it.

There is no font bug here, so I'm closing as invalid.

Writer intentionally treats fields in RTL context as Complex script unless they
contain a strong LTR character. The bug pointer is i89825.
