After installing LO 25.2 in /opt (I just followed the instructions in the README_en-US file that came with the download, LO 25.2 appeared in my desktop's Application Launcher menu. I don't see an 'uninstaller' in the /opt/libreoffice tree. I'm just wondering if simply deleting that tree via "rm -rf /opt/libreoffice" will also remove it from the Application Launcher menu.
