Description:
Installed LibreOffice 25.2.2 over 24.8.5.2 first time and suite as well as
writer for instance does not run when selected. Tried repair and 2nd install
had problems creating shortcut links. Also failed to run when selected.
Reinstalled ver 24.8.5.2 and all is back to normal with no problems at all
Steps to Reproduce:

After installation suite does not run when selected
Actual Results:
Just by installing the suite software does not run when selected.
Expected Results:
Expected suite to open but it did not.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
Additional Info:
Did an installation and a repair attempt. Both times with the same result.
Reinstalled previous version and all is well again.
