Description:
I am trying to create web pages from text documents. Being aware that many will
view on Phones, I am attempting to make everything proportional so that that
they will still fit into a smaller screen and not be out of view on the right.
So, keep Headline paragraphs centred, Text paragraphs justified, and images as
a percent of the width. BUT there is a Problem adding images: I create a new
Paragraph and Align Centre; Insert Image (jpg); 'Properties / Position and
Size' Width 1.15", Height 0.2", Keep Ratio, Anchor To Character; Select
'Relative To / Entire Paragraph Area' for Width and Height; Fault: Width shows
14%, but Height shows 1%, 'OK', and these proportions, of a vertically thin,
centred image are shown in Writer; when saved and displayed in Firefox, the
image has the correct relative proportions but is left justified on the page.
Back to Writer and double the width of the image, click on Height and it
changes to 2%, 'OK', Save; In Firefox, the image has doubled but now appears to
be left justified with next para wrapping around; Back to Writer, and the
Properties shows Height as 28%, but Width has reset back to 1%.
