Steps to reproduce:
1) Start LO with the gen VCL plugin on Linux (SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=gen)
2) trigger a tooltip, e.g. by hovering over a toolbar item
Actual result:
A "tooltip" shows up, but it's only a white area with no readable text. (Maybe
white text on white background?)
Expected result:
A tooltip with readable text should show up.
