            Bug ID: 163778
Summary: Calc slows significantly when moved to a 2nd display -
                    Windows 11 Pro
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 24.2.7.2 release
          Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
                OS: Windows (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Calc
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

Description:
The overall responsiveness degrades significantly when moved to a second
display. Also, the text in the menus does not appear. The hot keys do still
work.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open an ods file in Calc
2. Move it to a second display
3. Note the mayhem
File is available on request. I have not checked if this is somehow ods file
dependent, but as far as I know the file is unremarkable.

Actual Results:
The overall responsiveness degrades significantly when moved to a second
display. Also, the text in the menus does not appear. The hot keys do still
work.

Expected Results:
Not be slow or flashy in the 2nd display

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: Yes

Additional Info:
[Information automatically included from LibreOffice]
Locale: en-US
Module: SpreadsheetDocument
[Information guessed from browser]
OS: Windows (All)
OS is 64bit: no

Uninstalled using RevoUninstaller in case the update was 'unhappy'. Maybe a
slight performance improvement. Very slight.

AFter resetting the user profile to 'factory defaults', I opened the same file
after starting Calc. Looked ok until moving to the 2nd display. The menu icon
bar is 'flashing', blanking and rewriting from left to right. It's a little
distracting. :) Moving the window back to the primary display appears to
eliminate that behavior.
