The only difference I see between your machine and mine is that I am running macOS Sequoia and you are running macOS Sonoma: Version: 24.8.2.1 (AARCH64) / LibreOffice Community Build ID: 0f794b6e29741098670a3b95d60478a65d05ef13 CPU threads: 8; OS: macOS 15.0.1; UI render: Skia/Metal; VCL: osx Locale: en-CA (en_CA.UTF-8); UI: en-US Calc: threaded Maybe I missed a step somewhere so here are the steps I used to try and reproduce this bug: 1. Launch LibreOffice on my MacBook Pro's screen with no external monitors connected 2. Connect an external monitor via plugging it into my MacBook Pro's HDMI port 3. Open two different Writer files and move both Writer windows to the external monitor 4. Quit LibreOffice 5. Unplug external monitor 6.
