This bug is about a screen which shows up just once, not on every startup; and is specific to the module/app, not general to all of LibreOffice; and it doesn't offer the different apps/modules, it lets you make relevant initial settings like the UI mode. So, please open a separate bug with your suggestion. Also note that if you open LibreOffice without specifying the module, you get a gallery of recent documents plus buttons for creating each of the available document types. When you open your bug, please specify why that does not satisfy. Also, note that your suggestion is not specific to x86_64 or to Windows, it's general.
