LO crashes after pressing "select outline format" on sidebar
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writer
2. Enable sidebar
3. Press "Select Outline Format" (not the drop-down arrow next to it)
Actual Results:
Application crashes.
Expected Results:
No crash.
Reproducible: Always
