I trying to transcode mjpeg to h264
In avcodec_send_frame(pOutCdcCtx, pFrm) I get an error
[mpeg4 @ 0x14e82c0] time_incr 12884901888 too large
I understood that I was getting an error in the code mpeg4videodec.c
(MpegEncContext->time)
But how to set the frame time ???
time_base is set
