Let me think: For PCM16 (assuming little-endian since big-endian is not supported in wav) you need: AV_CODEC_ID_PCM_S16LE > I see in the ID list all sorts of PCM and I am not sure > which to choose. That depends on the question if you need 8, 16, 24 or 32 bit.
