1- I checked the prebuilt ffmpeg and libav-dev packages that I have got from repositories. They have --enable-shared flag and I can find .so files. Does it make a difference? >> See https://ffmpeg.org/bugreports.html 2-Can I use --enable-debug=3 ? >> My guess is that the example file is broken, patch welcome. 3-I could compile it with prebuilt libav-tools from repositories and the example has not any problems.
