This is what my question earlier this week was about, I want to be able to open a data stream and get raw data into ffmpeg from outside of FILE, UDP, RTP etc, so is there a mechanism available or do I have to write a "RAM" interface which ultimately would have a callback into user code to pass pack packets as needed.
