Done requested changes, the strange linesize = (avctx->width + 7) / 8; is used
to
mimick what is done in xbmenc. According to the format the encoder/decoder
can only display up to multiples of eight and ignore the rest and that piece of
code
should implement this functionality, to my understanding.
