Very minor, and slightly pedantic, but as of 12146, this

In this version of LFS, there has been a major reorganization of the
book using techniques that avoid changing the host system and provides
a more straight forward build process.

has missed the fact the major reorganization happened in 10.0, and
that there hasn't been another major reorganization in "this version",
ie 10.1, although I hear the distinction between "version" and "release".
Perhaps then, given we are past the release in which the reorganization
happened:
As of LFS 10.0, there was a major reorganization of the book ...
I also have a suggestion, and that would be to add the download URIs
into the "What's new" section, so that someone with the downloads
from the previous release could more easily generate a list of just
the things they need to download for the latest release.
