Firstly it's the first time i send one issue via e-mail, so feel free to
tell me how to make my e-mail more clearly.

Steps to reproduce:
follow section 6.73 to install systemd
Expected Result:
manpages is installed
Actual Result:
manpage isn't installed
Possible workaround:
append -Dman=true to meson config line
Cause:
line 134 of meson_options.txt in source directory set man option to
false by default.
