I think we should hold off. The kernel changes so much that the API
could change back to allow the test to pass. We should re-examine this
in early August as a part of the next cycle release preparation.
It will be fixed in Glibc-2.30:

Let's see if it would be released before LFS-8.5.
glibc-2.30 is scheduled for August. We will almost certainly get that
into LFS before our next release.
