case of LFS.
I could very on my own toolchain bootstrap, which is based on the LFS
guidelines, that removing it now works. I suggest the flags
libc_cv_forced_unwind=yes libc_cv_c_cleanup=yes should be removed from the LFS
guidelines now that it uses a Glibc recent enough not to need it anymore.
