What did I missed?
And the systemd even installed before kmod, that made initramfs unable
to load any kernel modules.

Shoot! I missed that one when I backed out the deps changes locally. By
chance missing /usr/lib/udev/rules.d/80-modules.rules?
I don't have {/usr,}/lib/udev/rules.d/??-modules.rules even in my
working system.

You should if using recent version of systemd. You are correct about /lib, not /usr/lib. I was using /usr merge when I wrote that message. Current system is by the book as it is now (courtesy of jhalfs). All appears to be well, no need to rebuild proc-ps or util-linux after completion.

Back to PKGBUILDs. If anybody is interested in yet another method of Pacman based LFS: https://github.com/djlucas/LFS-systemd-Pacman
