Hi,
A French user is reading and, thus, testing tee translation of the book
and the original release too. He reported a typo that I think you should
know, because it's important for a book which is done to learn. I mean
it's not technically important, but it's a bit a problem for a user to
learn.
In the chapter 6.14 (mpfr), one of instructions is:
find . -name \*.html -type f -exec cp -v
\{} /usr/share/doc/mpfr-&mpfr-version; \;</userinput></screen>
\*.html is a syntax mistake. \ should be removed. Even if it doesn't
make the command fail, it's not proper. So, we could correct the mistake
in the development book. It's not useful, I think, to correct the 6.5
book which contains the mistake too.
